Before you book
These terms form the basis of your booking with Zee Venture Tours. Please read them carefully. Your itinerary or quotation may include additional trip-specific conditions, which will form part of your agreement.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when we issue written confirmation after receiving the required deposit. The balance and payment schedule will be shown in your quotation. If payment is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you.
Prices are based on known costs and exchange rates at the time of quotation. We will clearly explain any permitted price adjustment before final payment.
Changes and cancellation
If you request a change, we will do our best to help, but availability and additional supplier costs may apply. Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on non-refundable costs already committed to suppliers.
Occasionally we may need to adjust an itinerary due to weather, road conditions, safety, government restrictions or events beyond our control. We will provide a suitable alternative wherever reasonably possible.
Traveller responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, holding valid travel documents, following visa and permit requirements, arriving at agreed meeting points on time and informing us of any medical, dietary, mobility or other needs that may affect participation.
Some trips require a reasonable level of fitness. It is your responsibility to review the itinerary and ask us if you are unsure about suitability.
Travel risk and insurance
Adventure travel involves inherent risks, including changing weather, altitude, remote roads and limited access to medical services. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow reasonable safety instructions from our team.
Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment, evacuation and the activities in your itinerary is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for selected trips.
Respectful conduct
We expect travellers to respect local communities, fellow guests, staff, wildlife and the environment. We may remove a traveller whose behaviour creates a safety risk, causes serious disruption or is abusive or discriminatory. Costs resulting from removal are the traveller’s responsibility.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. If any part is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
